Kuna, Idaho Exterior Tenant Improvement
Our commercial building work is very often focused on tenant improvement projects. This is were we do well and where our experience shows thru as we have worked on a number of tenant improvement project over the years.
This project located in Kuna, Idaho is one of those that we really enjoyed working on.
The building owner of this Farmers Insurance branch in Kuna, Idaho wanted to provide a better street side access to his office building and increase the natural lighting as well. We basically re-framed and sided the entire south face of this building to accommodate new windows and a new storefront door system including new siding materials. The owner handled several items himself including awning as noted below. The structural framing aspect needed some additional experience to make it work.
The finished product looks great and changes the whole look and function of the building. It is a great addition to the downtown area of Kuna, Idaho as well.
