MATT FLETCHER | OWNER, PROJECT MANAGER & ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND DRAFTING

Matt Fletcher, the owner and operator of 208 Design+Build Custom Homes and Renovations and 208 Inspections | Residential+Commercial  is a 24 year military veteran and 25 year veteran of the building and construction trades as a carpenter and custom builder in the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas of southwest and central Idaho. 

He has a Associate of Applied Science in Drafting and Design Technology with an emphasis in architectural design and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, and master degree level education and experience in real estate development. 

In addition Matt has education and experience with the Passive House method of design and building, and training in the RESNET HERS® Certified Modeler method of sustainable efficient custom homes. He applies these principles in the design and building of custom homes, remodeling, renovations and additions. 

The experience gained as a custom builder, construction manager and custom carpenter lends itself to the design and building of custom shops, garages, custom carpentry and woodworking project as well. 

Along with this experience and training in the design, construction management and  custom building and construction, Matt also has training and experience as a home inspector, receiving his home inspector training thru the American Home Inspector Training institute and is International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACH®) Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®).
