Custom deck and pool house / shop area in Eagle, Idaho

Deck 1 of 2. This is part of a custom deck and patio replacement. We removed the existing patio slab and stairs that had been built right against the existing house rim joist and started to rot it away. Replaced that and built this large custom deck system which features Trex® Transcend Spiced Rum decking and Trex® Transcend Rope Swing inlay, borders and stair posts and railings. We also re-routed

This image shows the second half of the custom deck system which was built on this home near Eagle, Idaho. The owner wanted this small deck so that they could watch grandkids and family play in the pool or hang out. This is more of a private deck coming directly off the family room on one side to and the master bedroom on the other. The benches were requested instead of a railing system. The ramp 

This is the custom pool house that was designed and built for this project. It includes a shop area accessible from the pool house area, the poolhouse deck or a single roll up door (opposite side) where the owner could pull his small tractor in and out of as well as his riding lawn mower. The poolhouse included an outdoor shower area which was sided with waterproof siding. The poolhouse also inclu
